1.Hermaphrodite:
- Plants with flowers having both male and female parts i.e. carpel and stamens.
- Male and Female sex organs are in same flower on a plant.
- EXAMPLE: Rose
2.Monoecious:
- It is a condition of having separate sex flowers on same individual.
- Male flowers with stamens and female flowers having carpels on same plant.
- Distinct Male and Female flowers are on the same individual plant.
- EXAMPLE: In Hazel plant.
3.Dioecious:
- It is a condition of having same sex flowers on same individual.
- Male flowers with stamens on Male Plant and female flowers having carpels on separate Female plant.
- Distinct Male and Female flowers are on the different plants.
- EXAMPLE: Ilex flowers, Actinidia (Kiwi), Papaya
4.Gynodioecious:
- Plants that are either female or hermaphrodite are known as Gynodioecious.
- These plants have female flowers on one plant and bisexual flowers on different plant.
- So female flowers and bisexual flowers are on different plant.
- EXAMPLE: In Wild Geranium plant.
5.Androdioecious:
- Plants that are either male or hermaphrodite.
- This condition is very rare among plants.
- EXAMPLE: In Datisa glomerata plant
