What is DNA Footprinting and Nucleic Acid Footprinting? Basic principle.


BASIC PRINCIPLE: 
Nucleic Acid footprinting is a method for identifying regions of DNA which are exposed or not bound to any protein. This method involve chemical modification of DNA to enzymatic cleavage.
